I looked at this painting for a long time trying to understand why it made me feel so calm, so at ease. I couldn’t find a name so I tried a poem first. Then I found it! The reason this painting makes me feel so calm is that it reminds me of how my hands feel after meditating. They feel open and full of energy, love, and connection. It is my favourite part of meditating.
