This painting is a calm reminder to keep looking up, looking forward. The colours comfort me with the pastel cool tones and the directional force of brushstrokes pulls the attention up, lifting us to the top gently. Sometimes I can get caught up in the details or in the darkness of what needs to be done and painting reminds me of how much light is in the sky if you just look around.
